Service Request Module

Empower ground operations and GSE shop users with restricted access to effortlessly generate service requests with attached photos, etc.
The GSE department has the ability to view service requests and make decisions on whether to initiate work orders or reject them.
Filter service requests based on their status.
Update the status to Created W/O, and EBIS will automatically generate an unscheduled work order, encompassing all the necessary service request details.
Once a service request is created, it becomes seamlessly connected to the corresponding work order. GSE users with access to the W/O module can simply click on the link to effortlessly open and view the details.
