We’re excited to help you answer these questions with the new ADA Dashboard module:
The new ADA (Advanced Data Analyzer) Dashboards aggregate data from across the entire system, allowing you to visualize trends over time, with filtering by location, technician, vendor, customer and part type.
The new dashboards allow you to view summaries or drill into specific data points, giving users the flexibility to explore their operation’s data without leaving the system.
These new ADA Dashboards are available to all EBIS 5 Professional-tier customers.

Our native QuickBooks Online integration has been a useful tool for many customers, but for those not using QBO, there’s still a massive need to expedite the transfer of Invoices and Purchase Orders from EBIS into their accounting software.
For users of Netsuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise or Transaction Pro, you can now export Work Order and OTC Invoices, as well as Purchase Orders in .csv or .tsv format. This allows users to quickly export from EBIS and import into a variety of financial software without duplicate data entry.
If you already have the QuickBooks integration active, simply go to Config > QuickBooks Config > QuickBooks Product (dropdown) and select Transaction Pro.
If you don’t already have the integration active, submit a support ticket or reach out to support@datcomedia.com and request to have the integration turned on.
Using the QuickBooks Config Profiles, these new exports give users the flexibility to export and configure invoices at the line item level, including:
Users will be able to export individual completed Work Order and OTC invoices, as well as completed or partially completed Purchase Orders directly from the WO/OTC/PO record itself.
Users will be able to bulk export from the Config > QuickBooks Config > Synchronize & Logs page.
In this release, Parts and Procurement Managers will now be able to generate and email Purchase Orders directly from within EBIS.
The new functionality automatically:
This also provides Version Control by selecting the History tab. This will show each version of the PO emailed to the vendor, as well as the contacts included and the email contents.
