Release Notes: Compliance Reporting & Continued Items

(Enhancements below are available in the 5/13/25 Feature Release)

This release brings new enhancements to the Aircraft Module, designed to help MROs improve aircraft tracking, communicate more effectively with recurring customers, and streamline maintenance scheduling. With these updates, managing compliance and historical maintenance records is easier than ever.

 

New Features & Enhancements

 

1. Printable Compliance Due List & Status Reports

  • Generate and print reports that show upcoming compliance requirements for an aircraft, helping MROs proactively schedule maintenance.
  • Easily provide customers with a clear breakdown of due maintenance items.

 

2. Continued Item Lists at the Aircraft Level

  • View and manage Continued Items—previously rejected or deferred maintenance tasks—directly from the Aircraft record.
  • Ensure that no outstanding issues are forgotten and have a clear history of work recommended for an aircraft.

 

3. Easier Work Order & Parts Research

  • Quickly access historical Work Orders and Parts usage to improve decision-making on repairs and recurring maintenance.
  • Reduce time spent searching for past maintenance details and improve continuity of service.
