(Enhancements below are available in the 7/24/25 Feature Release)
This month’s EBIS release includes a few powerful new features, key reporting enhancements, and foundational upgrades to support our upcoming analytics rollout.
What’s New:
- Pull Ticket PDF Printouts (with XLSX/CSV export) are now available for OTCs.
- Default Views: Set your preferred landing screen when opening the Work Order module or specific W/Os or R/Os. This is handled in the All City settings.
Reporting Enhancements:
- Work Order Profitability Report now includes grouping/filtering by Department—great for understanding Department-level profitability.
- Custom List Grid Views added to Work Orders, OTCs, and Outstanding Parts—choose which columns you want to see.
What’s Coming:
July’s release included behind-the-scenes upgrades for our upcoming ADA Dashboards—rolling out in Beta over the next two months. These new dashboards will help you:
- Measure technician efficiency and billable vs. unbillable time
- Spot item overruns and writeoffs
- Analyze PO costs and vendor trends
