Why these updates?
More customers are reaching out about the QuickBooks Online integration every day. They want to understand how it works, see examples of the integration in action, and get better guidance on setting up the integration for their operation.
In order to do this, we focused on improving the user experience and adding additional self-serve resources to successfully set up the integration.
For Resources, we’ve added additional videos and documentation that provide details to frequently asked questions, including:
- A revised QuickBooks Online Integration Help Center.
- A video demonstration of the integration so users can see a real-world example of how data in EBIS pushes into QBO, and what it looks like when it lands on a QBO Invoice or Bill.
- A video explanation of how the integration actually works, detailing the exact integration points, how data is aggregated, and where it lands in QBO.
- A step-by-step video guide on how to enable and configure the integration.
For User Experience, we want customers to easily understand the exact points where EBIS and QBO connect, this way they can see the changes made in real-time and easily see where data will flow to in QBO. The new user interface makes this much easier to understand and make adjustments while feeling confident the data is going to the right place.
