Basin Aviation, in the process of moving away from another solution, sought a modern cloud-based maintenance software. Although not actively expanding, they recognized the need for a more efficient and organized approach to maintenance management. The challenges for Basin Aviation revolved around manual tracking using paper and spreadsheets, making it arduous to keep continuous track and manage multiple work orders, parts inventory, and purchase orders effectively. The introduction to EBIS came through a positive recommendation from X-1 FBO.

The adoption of EBIS has marked a significant improvement for Basin Aviation. Transitioning from manual tracking to a streamlined, cloud-based system, they now benefit from organized work order management, simplified parts ordering, efficient inventory tracking, and seamless purchase order and invoicing processes. Everything is centralized within EBIS, eliminating the complexities associated with paper and spreadsheets.
