Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at EBIS Software. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our B2B SaaS solutions by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients. Your ability to understand customer needs, communicate the value of our products, and close deals will be integral to our success in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy and Prospecting
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Leverage a combination of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and networking to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the industry landscape, competitive positioning, and individual client needs.
Consultative Selling and Solution Presentation
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand the pain points and goals of potential clients.
- Effectively articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our B2B SaaS solutions to address client challenges.
- Tailor presentations and proposals to showcase how our solutions align with the client's specific business objectives.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements that align with both client needs and company goals.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Sales Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline progression, and market insights to the sales leadership team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of success as an Account Executive in a B2B sales environment, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative selling and effectively present solutions to clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex sales conversations.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving market conditions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
