Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead our efforts in managing, planning, and promoting impactful events, thought leadership content, and strategic partner relationships. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, driving lead generation, and fostering valuable partnerships within the industry. RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Management
- Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of company events, seminars, and conferences, ensuring seamless logistics, engaging content, and memorable attendee experiences.
- Develop event strategies that align with business objectives, target audience needs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and technology setup.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure event success and continually refine strategies for future events.
Thought Leadership Content
- Lead the development and execution of thought-provoking content marketing campaigns that position our brand as an industry thought leader.
- Create and oversee the production of high-quality content such as blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and videos that address key pain points of our target audience.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging.
Partner Development
- Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, influencers, and organizations to expand our reach and market presence.
- Develop and execute partner marketing programs that align with mutual goals and objectives.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of partner initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy, aligning event, content, and partner initiatives with broader company goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and communication across all channels.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, track performance, and optimize lead generation efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing B2B events, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and promoting thought leadership content across various platforms.
- Strong expertise in partner development and relationship management within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
