You can define interval-based (e.g., every 100 flight hours) or calendar-based (e.g., every 30 days) compliance items and the system will automatically generate due lists and alert you as tasks approach their limits.

How do I set up recurring tasks in the module?

You can define recurring tasks in the system’s Admin section, linking them to specific aircraft, usage types (e.g., hours, cycles), and intervals. Once defined, these tasks are automatically tracked against the aircraft’s utilization, and new due items will be generated as the previous ones are completed.

Can I apply compliance items to multiple aircraft or templates?

Absolutely. Compliance items can be assigned to aircraft templates, which automatically propagate them to all aircraft using that template. This ensures consistency across your fleet and saves setup time.

How are technicians or managers notified when a task is coming due?

EBIS provides automated due lists and visual reminders based on thresholds that you define—such as when a task is within 10% of its interval. These reminders appear in the software’s dashboards and can also be included in reports or email notifications.
